Trial Court Grants District’s Motion to Dismiss
Tuesday, July 27th, 2010Natalie Hoernschemeyer successfully represented a Missouri school district in a breach of contract lawsuit brought by the unsuccessful bidders for a construction contract with the district. The lawsuit demanded $275,814.00 in alleged damages. On July 27, 2010, the trial court granted the district’s motion to dismiss the unsuccessful bidders’ amended lawsuit with prejudice.
